I use the Online Ordering option a lot with Chipotle. I've never had a problem with getting my entire order, even when I to special order something, until today. I always use the special order option because my favorite item, a cheese quesadilla, isn't technically on the menu. When I got there the store was empty of customers. I went straight to the register and as I walked up the two guys at the register laughed to each other, walked away, and then came back and asked if they could help me. I said I had a pickup order, they told me it wouldn't be ready until 6, even though I ordered for 4:30, and they started to make my order. As they were heating the tortilla someone found my prepared order. It was missing a bag of chips and two quesadillas but I was too distracted to say anything because four employees who were now crowded around the register were making fun of my name, Jenny, by making Forrest Gump references. I haven't heard those kinds of comments since high school. I got to my car, realized they had shorted my order, and went back in. I was still the only customer and it took far too long to get someone's attention. After they stopped goofing around I explained my situation and got my other ideas. The entire time I was being rung up the cashier was talking to another employee and completely ignoring me. And what appeared to be other staff members were in the seating area, eating and yelling to the employees behind the counter. I couldn't wait to get out of there. I've never seen such unprofessionalism at Chipotle. I love to see people enjoying their jobs and having fun at work but not at the expense of their customers. This Corporate Woods location was awful. I'll never go back to that one.
