Chipotle

The chicken was super dry and there were not enough toppings

It was good but I never get it exactly how I order it when using the app. I always ask for extra corn salsa, extra cheese and extra sour cream and I never get any of that. It's always skimpy. If I were to ask for that in person it would be correct but because I have to pick it up on my lunch break i have to use the app and it's just never as good.

We used the app to order 45 minutes ahead of time. We were scheduled to pick up our order at 4:30. When we entered this Chipotle location we literally waited 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge that we were standing there. Only to find out at 4:40 our ordered had not been made yet. My husband was frustrated with the staff to say the least.

This specific location is a hit miss. Sometimes it's awesome sometimes is horrible.

There was only a couple pieces of chicken on my husbands burrito- which isn't usual. He was dissatisfied with his meal today. My veggie burrito was perfect.

Chipotle is just not as good as it used to be. The meat is always fatty and the tomatoes are always hard and stick feeling.
