Food is just not that good

Person warming tortillas for my taco tossed them onto the foil (to go order) with on tortilla landing on the counter's edge. She placed it back on the foil but I near asked for a replacement as there are potentially germs lying in wait. She offered no apology. I'd recommend placing tortillas gently on foil not tossing the food even slightly. Thankfully the other workers on the line did a better job. The cashier was aloof and already moved into the next customer while placing change in my hand without any eye contact. This just felt like a cold interaction. Also, the grilled chicken on my tacos was burnt...there was a strong charred taste that lasted in my mouth for hours! I will not return to the location in the near future.

Horrible customer service. Put an order for 4:15 was On a conference call in my car so I gave them 10 extra minutes go inside at 4:25 to get my order I place online it hasn't even been made yet. The guy at the counter has an attitude and looks miserable wait another 15 min. No apology or anything. Pay extra for guacamole and only got about one table spoons worth all the way at the bottom. Better off not ordering it at all. Won't go back
