Employees are more focused on rushing you to move the line and the product is a final mess....

The food was really good, but one of the ladies behind the counter was a little rude, and seemed "put off" and was just unfriendly when my wife asked her to add rice to her bowl after the chicken was already added. Other employees were very friendly however.

Honestly I was not impressed with this location. It was dirty and generally looked worn and unkept. The employees did not seem excited or happy to be there but rather over worked. There are too many people coming in to place big orders to go - this disrupts the flow and seems to irritate the employees. The table we sat at was dirty as was the floor. The tea was not labeled as sweet or unsweet and was really low as it always seems to be (or out) when I visit this location. Coupled with the bad parking situation I think I will be visiting other locations or other competitors. I love the mission of the company but this location leaves a lot to be desired.

I really love chipotle. They normally prepare a delicious items made with high quality ingredients. Unfortunately this location is starting to lose a little of its shine. The restrooms were filthy as well.

Good food. Bad service.

The cashier was extremely rude! Never cracked a smile not even a grin!
