Chipotle

My husband and I came in around 2:30PM on Sunday. The line was backed up to the patio door, which is typical. We didn't mind waiting in line for awesome burritos. The issue came when we got to the front of the line to pay for the burritos. The couple in front of us and ourselves were ignored by the woman manning the cash register. She left the register to go slowly wipe off trays, slowly get a towel and a water for herself, and wipe off counters. We were stuck waiting on her (at a moment in our line experience that should of taken the quickest). It was so bad one of the girls off the start of the service line (doing tortillas, rice, beans, and meat) eventually came up the register and helped us. Our burritos weren't warm. It was frustrating to pay $21 for our mediocre meal that we waited over 30 minutes to get (and we LOVE Chipotle!). Again, I've worked in restaurants and I understand how hard/overwhelming busy days can be, but this lady at the register just totally checked out and gave up on doing her job for the day. It was frustrating.

One lady was rude, didn't smile and acted like you were an inconvenience to her.

Portions are really small

The food was good as always. The cashier was SO RUDE! She didn't look at me once. I had no idea if she was talking to me or not when she said my total. She did the same thing with my friend. My friend went back to get water cups and it was like she was troubling her and also didn't look her way at all.

They gave me the wrong order.

Overprice food and a company that is not second amendment friendly. Never be back to chipotle.

Food was just blah. Not much flavor at all. No sauce option except for salsa. And every other burrito place has queso except here. I took 3 bites, threw away the burrito, and ate elsewhere. You are herded through the line like cattle.Fast is great but not when you sacrifice freindliness. Next time I want a burrito, I'll go to Freebirds. They were much nicer and have more size, sides, and flavor options.
