Store was out of fajita veggies & did not bring a side like they said they would

I used to only get charged for the 3 items that I get (rice, beans and meat) and I am charged full price almost always now, it depends on what location or what person I get, it just seems like a lot to pay when I can't have the majority of the menu items. I don't get nearly as much food for the price I pay and don't think I should be charged for all that food I don't get.

The carnitas was fatty, I never had that happen before.
