I was told by the first person I talked to that I had 2 queen beds in my room & then the 2nd "boy" I asked & told that hey said this said, "I don't think anybody told you that!" Basically called me a liar. We had 2 adults & 3 kids. Those beds were too small. My husband had to hang legs off into a chair!!

My reservation was canceled while I was sleeping, the phone did not work in the room, my wake up call did not happen...
