Visited two locations recently. Love the one in dr. Phillips......the manager there is very customer friendly. Not that impressed with the Florida mall location. They charge extra for many items that are standard at other locations.

The food was great. The service was fast, but not all of the crew members were as friendly as they usually were. They were in six a hurry some of them came off as rude.

This specific location of chipotle, in doctor Philips location, was different. The staff was very cold and not very enthusiastic about their job. When I asked for container to take my leftovers I got a deep sigh. I guess I get spoiled in service at the location nearest to me. It is on Semoran blvd, their guest service and friendliness is wonderful.
