The receptionist was friendly, polite and thorough in explaining the services available. She explained the benefits of membership without being pushy. Ava was a terrific aestetician- she did a great job on my facial and was knowledgeable about the upgrades and products. She explained alot about skin care and ensured my comfort. Loved the experience!

My esthetician Jenna was amazing. She made me feel so comfortable and made sure I was doing okay the whole time. Not only was the facial super relaxing but my skin has never felt better.

Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, great ambiance, and I really appreciate the hot towel provided at the end if the massage, your competitors don't offer that and I think it's a small touch that makes a big impression!
