Both therapists I've seen were really great and listened to my requests.

Facial room was very clean & comfortable. Esthetician was very knowledgeable and took time to evaluate my skin.

It is always a nice hour at Hand and Stone with my aesthetician, Jenna. She is professional, friendly and caring. This Hand and Stone is always clean and everyone is welcoming.

The friendly and knowledge staff. The cleanliness of the salon was perfect. The atmosphere was very welcoming.

The staff was incredibly helpful and extremely nice/pleasant. Esthetician (Melissa) was fantastic, friendly & knowledgeable, she addressed my skin concerns & gave me recommendations to keep my skin in great condition between appts. I highly recommend this location (I've had both a massage & a facial at the Holmdel location and both were great!). I wish I didn't already cancel my membership (due to dissatisfaction at my "usual" location).

Every time I walk into the holmdel Hand and Stone they greet me by my first name, making me feel like a valued customer. When I get facials Jenna always take the time to go over products she will use and if I had any problems after my last facial. When I go for messages Andrea will always ask about any problem areas and will concentrate on them.

I love this location & the entire staff. I walk in and feel like I’m the only one they need to focus on. The one negative is… THE MUSIC. I asked if the therapist could change it & they’re not able to. I really would prefer nature sounds, or any other relaxation music or sounds.

I recently ended my membership. After yesterday’s facial with Carrie Ann, I am seriously considering rejoining. I am not only working on my skin from the outside but, the inside also. She was very knowledgeable and professional. And I could tell she truly loved and cared about about her profession.
