Appointments are already cut to 50 minutes instead of 60 minutes by design and then on top, the massage therapist always cuts it even shorter. Starting late and ended early (always making it even less than 50 minute massage time). Room has been cold and hard to completely relax the last few visits as well. Receptionist Danielle is always a lovely and friendly person to interact with.

1. issue with the gift card- it ruined the experience at the end 2. massage therapist was great! i should have told her to work more on my neck area- i had a kink in it when i got home and a headache but everywhere else was great!

My upgrade cost less than the package value that I have on my account and after deducting the upgrade cost, it doesn't allow me to carry over the balance of my package value towards the next upgrade or purchase.

Everything with the experience went well. I was given a gift card for a massage and chose this location based on the appointment times available. I was in the massage room for approximately 35 minutes after arriving at least 5 minutes early. I was later told by the giver of the gift card that the massages are supposed to be up to 50 minutes. While Adele was great, I just think the massage should have lasted longer.

I have gone for excellent massages for a lower price, but I have to travel further.

I laid down on the table at 2:15 didn’t start my massage until 2:35 and I got off the table at 3:05 so I was disappointed that it wasn’t an hour or even 50 minutes.

I was not highly satisfied with my experience due to the lack of appointments available. I find this to be an issue with my regular location. The extra drive doesn't add to the experience.

I was told that it's company policy to not allow a well controlled diabetic to have a hot stone massage. I never was refused this service before and will have to find another place to get my regular massages.

I hand asked for a firm massage as I do at your competitor when I got there she told me she did not do this massage.
