Hand and Stone

Room a bit warm. Not enough lotion used on dry skin. Therapist lovely and responsive.

I’ve been coming to hand and stone for years and it’s looked completely the same . This isn’t a problem it’s just people like change the rooms All look the same along with the waiting rooms

There was no hand or foot contact. No massage of those areas that were previously included with full body. It seems these are add-ons now or so I realized after the appointment.

It was fine. I thought she was trying to sell me products and more services

Had to “clear” approval for using the remainder of gift card balance to enhance my facial. And 2 other issues which i wont elaborate on. If someone has a “gift card” we should be able to put that cash value towards any service without it being questioned…

There is always room for improvement,

I felt introduction Swedish massage which i had last time felt way better than this time. Missing relaxation time on heated bed after massage. Also, felt little rushed though time spent was pretty much same as compared to last time. Therapist was nice, however something was definitely missing in overall experience.

Highly satisfied with the in store experience but I do wish the site were a little easier to navigate and be able to use points!

This last time I went I had Kurt he was wonderful the time before that I had Megan I was brought in at 6:30 she was unpleasant I think she just put oil on me she was all over the place I was dressed and finished at 7:12 which besides going in and out I had a 30 min oil run I told the girls at the desk they said oh sorry my husband and I have a few massages left not sure we will continue

I was disappointed with areas not hit by the instructor, which is the entire front upper torso and hands. I also couldn't hear the therapist very well. All in all, it was really good though, just not 'highly satisfied'.
