Felt very comfortable and at ease. Massage was great!

The extrations of blackheads was rough. I didnt like hot steam on face. Cool was much better.

As a member it would be nice to have a benefit to include certain add on services for just being a member, such as 6 add ons to be used through the calendar year; aromatherapy or hot stone, etc.

Could have used a little more pressure. It was more of a soft rubdown than a massage. Otherwise it was okay.

I was taken back for my appointment almost 15 minutes late and was dressing at the exact time my appointment should have ended which was 5 PM. I was taken back at 4:14. Then the esthetician left twice while doing my facial to let the enzyme sit and my mask sit. A massage or something is usually performed during this time. This was disappointing.

Although I love getting massages I decided to get a facial since that was all that was open. After my therapist inquired about my unused packages she took it upon herself to upgrade me which I found out upon checkout that I used 5 sessions and still owed $50+!!! I had no idea that would be the case. She was very friendly and good at her job but didn’t like that she took it upon herself to use all those packages!! And I still was there for only 50 mins!! No more no less. Please let me know if I’m off base with my complaint. Thx!!

Have been trying for weeks to get a message no appointments available Finally settled in a facial appointment Arrived 10 minutes before appointment time only to sit for 10-15 minutes since appointment started late Seems she was the only therapist working Looking for another spa with MORE Appointment availability

Was asked if I wanted provider to wear mask, said yes, she did not wear one. Too chatty during my service with up selling. Light is included in Massage Envy facial no upcharge.

I am defining highly satisfied as a perfect experience. It was not perfect, but nothing that would deter me from returning.

The cost of the products is outrageous. I was told that my monthly credits would be used to cover my upgrades of my facial but still ended up having a balance because was not told about a maximum credit use rule. My appointment started late and ran over time, too.
