Wish the waiting room was away from the outer lobby. Appointment started 15 min late. Not sure why.

The place is fine I just don’t like being lied to… I never should’ve signed up for the membership

The rooms were cold. The beds were heated

Although I had a great experience, somthing irritated my skin, I have extremely sensitive skin, no fault of tech, I took a chance.... I should say I'm highly satisfied I was refunded without asking.

My skin is red and irradiated

I did wait a bit like 5 minutes longer for my appointment to start. Spending almost 300.00 on my first facial ever was shocking.

I think prenatal massages should be performed using a table with the opening for the belly. I was really looking forward to laying face down. My massage was good for the position i had to be in but it would have been so much better if I could have been able to lay down.

I booked a last call apt for $59 my esthetician discusses treatment plan, however never told me the cost of any of the extra treatments. When arriving at the desk following my apt i was told I owed $170! I did have a gift card at home that I did not bring bc I was told when booking online for last call discounted apt you could not use a gift card. And now instead of spending $60 out of pocket I had to spend over double!

Facial was great but was informed it was 2 sessions for the upgrade but I was charged for 4. Needs better communication with customer.

The receptionist and therapist were all very nice the place was nice and clean But it was extremely cold in the room I was hoping over time it would have gotten warmer.But it never did.
