When I called to set the appointment, I gave the very nice receptionist my gift card # and she informed me that I had a 50 min massage. When I asked about upgrading to the Himalayan salt massage, she said it would cost $30 more. I thoroughly enjoyed the Himalayan salt massage and Beatrice did a wonderful job. My problem was only at checkout. The total was $53.19. She said this was because the person who bought the gift card for a 50 min massage only paid $49.99 and the introductory massage was $69.99. I gave the gift card info when I booked the appointment. Had I been aware I needed to spend an additional $20 for the massage, I would NOT have upgraded to the Himalayan salt massage.

The linens did not feel quality, kind of scratchy. Noise (maybe air filer?)

1. Did not know if therapist was vaccinated against COVID-19. 2. Lotion used had a terrible smell and I couldn’t wait to take shower and wash the clothes I wore.

I was very satisfied with my experience. Carrie Ann did a great job the products she used and recommended work well they are rather expensive but overall I was very happy with my service

The appointment was booked for myself and my husband with the massage therapist I’ve had the last three times I’ve been there and was told a male massage therapist could do a couples massages with her. I asked if there was another female that could work with her as I wasn’t sure if my husband would have wanted a male. The receptionist assured me the male massage therapist was popular, lots of guys had used him, etc instead of trying to find an alternative person per my request. After we checked in, two male massage therapists came to get us and I said I had scheduled my appointment with Rachel, I was told she was still out for an injury. This is something I feel like should have been mentioned by the front desk staff or addressed in the several confirmation texts and reminder emails I received prior to the appointment. The massage itself was great and I had no problems with the guy that ended up doing my massage. I’m not sure if it was a communication issue or what but I’ve never had a problem at this location before.

It seemed like I had a massage therapist that just started, it felt like she didnt use that much product, she reached over my body to massage the other side of my body, and felt like she didnt know many "moves" (ex. She didnt glide much with her efflorauge &didnt hold my extremities. She didnt always glide towards heart either. I was relaxed for the most part but it was hard to not notice when she used 2hands at the same time to glide up my arms.

beds r not that comfortabe need more padding. not warm when u go in.
