I wish there was a massaging element to the facial.

Every facial I’ve had, the esthetician took time for a brief shoulder and hand massage included with the base price. This wasn’t done and slightly took away from my experience. However, my skin feels better than ever so no real complaints.

I found it quite frustrating that I had to fill out another complete intake form to use this facility. It was not the facility that I had signed up my membership at but it's highly annoying to have to fill all that out again. It should be on my file in the computer.

I loved the location and Antoinetta was amazing. I was not crazy about the salt stones. I would not get it again. Not worth the extra money. I will go back to Antoinetta she was excellent.

The rooms are not that sound proof. Halfway through the massage I spent 5 minutes listening to someone re stock or clean the next room. Banging doors around. Also, I don’t like the panic button. Wouldn’t need it if it wasn’t needed for some reason. Kinda starts the massage off in a strange fashion.

The service was good, the location was convenient and the area was clean.

I don’t have anything negative to say. The massage was pretty typical of any session in any franchise location. At worst it was a little bland, but served its purpose to relax. I could of used a little less massage oil, or lotion. But all in all it was ok

Full body massage should also include the upper part of your legs. Was taken back by the areas not being massaged

The message was effective and relaxing. I felt comfortable and at ease. The therapist was highly skilled

My facial was amazing! Jenna was so great. She explained everything before we started. She also kept in mind that I have sensitive skin. This was probably one of the most relaxing thing I have ever done. I fell asleep within minutes.
