Only issue I ran into was using a gift card I was gifted by my husband. That process was extremely confusing and I walked in think I could utilize the gift card, but ended up spending $120 I DID NOT plan to spend when walking in that day. I believe the gift card policy in place is not in the best interest of your customers. I was eligible for introductory pricing, which meant that instead of only using $65 worth of my gift card, I would have to use the gift card and forfeit the full amount ($117) of the card OR pay out of pocket. I was not clear on this policy NOR am I thrilled with either option that was presented to me yesterday. I’m now out $120 and still have a full gift card, which i hope can be used on a future (apparently full price) service.

I was highly satisfied with most aspects I bought a membership package and finding what services I had left in my account Was a little difficult because I bought the membership elsewhere. The receptionist was very resourceful. I followed up on her directions and found the services I had left.
