Getting into the concert took forever. Felt lines could have moved more efficiently. However once inside the staff was friendly and quick to help you move in the right direction. The restroom attendant was awesome and directing people to open stalls. It was the quickest bathroom line I had ever been in! Wish all arenas would copy that system!

Went to see the Pelicans and Wizards Game. The atmosphere was great!!

The Jacksonville Veterans Arena was very clean. I had a great time! I will obviously visit the arena again!
