Jacksonville Veterans Arena

We went for a concert but it filled up so quickly. We were unable to get in.

The staff was terrible. Very rude, I was told my purse was too big but they would let me in his time while a friend that was with me was told she couldn't come in with her purse that was a backpack. All while the lady heckling my bag was chewing gum and her gum fell out of her mouth into my purse. Once inside we experienced the same rudeness with staff that had closed the escalator only allowing one person per step creating long lines and delays to finding out seat and missing the beginning of the concert. I have never experienced such rude staff members before who seemed to be creating their own rules as it made their jobs easier with no regard to customer service.

Nice place! Clean restrooms! Ran out of large pretzels when we went to concession. :( Not enough lower level seats for general admission even though we were near the front of the line to get in. Loved WINTER JAM!!! Keep bringing reasonable Christian concerts here!!!

Nice venue, but concessions are overpriced for quality. Fake cheese nachos and a soft pretzel that's cold in the center are not in keeping with prices and facility standards. Where is the attention to detail?

Great place for event. Wish parking was better.

We watched a concert. We were in the top row side in accessible seating. Words were frequently indecipherable. Concessions behind us were loud.

We liked having lots of restrooms for women! Everyone was very friendly! The guys emptying the parking garage did a great job!

I competed it was fun food is to much money though
