I attempted to use the chipotle app to order my food from home. It would not let me complete my order numerous times. Finally I was able to complete the order but the app said it would take another hour before it was ready. I cancelled the order on the app & drove to restaurant & was unable to get order in less time than it would have taken using the app.

The chicken was burnt. The workers were not friendly. I may never visit this location again.

I left due to the extremely slow pace o service. Line was long and they typically move quick but not on this day. Service was very slow.

Line was long however seemed going rather slow. Cashier seemed a bit new and couldn't keep up with the flow. Manager was next to her but still line paying was backed up
