Chipotle

Walked in the restaurant and the line was clear to the back of the store and moving slowly so walked out and went to Wendy's across the street

I ordered my food online. Order wasn't ready when I arrived to pick it up & was told it would take 30 minutes to make. I ordered 2 burrito bowls, why would it take 30 minutes. I was told they were very busy & had a long line so they couldn't make my order ahead of the people already there, even though I ordered online. I will never eat at this Chipolte again. Horrible service!!!!
