The person making my food did so too fast and didn't drain the juices from the meat leaving my bowl watery on the bottom which allowed my bag to rip at the bottom almost losing my lunch

I love chipotle because of their food ethics but this trip was pretty underwhelming in terms of the food ( steak seemed undercooked or old) and the service attitude

The temperature in the restraint was FREEZING!!! It was cold outside and then they had the air conditioning blasting like it was 100 degrees outside when it was only like 60. It made my experience terrible!!!

Good was good, staff got orders wrong and were standing around talking and not paying attention to customers
