I don't like spicy food. I ordered mild salsa but there were pieces of jalapeno or something extremely hot in my food!! other than that, all was well

Love chipotle! I always order through the iPhone app and pick it up. I never knew that I could add something at the register and they could adjust the price right there! My toddler needed another milk, and it was no big deal, even though I'd paid online! Very good to know. Also, y'all really need a drive thru window/curbside service for people who order on line. So many times I haven't been able to go because I have a sleeping baby in the backseat!

Love it, but wish is was less expensive and the chips were more consistent- sometimes they are good an lots of salt and sometimes thy are stale and salt less
