Big O Tires

This Big O is very convenient. I’ve been getting my tires here for at least 15 years. The guys have always been very helpful and always honest. I always recommend them when asked by my friends when they need tires or service.

I went without any prior appointment to check why the tire valve was not working for inflating the tire. The service rep was very helpful. The problem with the tire was identified while I waited and when it was found not repairable it was replaced under guarantee as the tire was purchased from big O.

Great customer service. The staff were very nice and complimentary. Facility was very clean and organized.

They made the whole experience very easy. Also work was done very quickly. Very happy with the whole experience from making the appointment to finish work.

Got things done in an acceptable time frame.

The associate explained everything that i need to know and he’s so kind and humble. I’m going to rate him 10/10. Im really satisfied with the service . Im coming back to do the alignment.

The ease of getting in and out in a timely manner, but most of all the honesty of the employees. Hard to find that these days.

I didn’t have an appointment to schedule an oil change but once I walked in he said no problem and finished 1/2 earlier than quoted. Also the wait room had coffee and a TV so the wait went by even faster. Also very friendly service!
