I had originally booked this appointment to get new tires. That turned into Big O being a “one stop shop” for all kinds of things I needed to take care of. Oil change, smog check, new brakes, new bulbs, new wipers, myriad fluid changings, etc. I even joked that my customer service agent should be “employee of the month” for literally tripling what I had planned to spend. My only issue was that I had Chicago Bears stem covers on my tires, and one is now missing. Whoever dealt with the tires didn’t even bother trying to tell me they lost it. That sucks. Now I need to buy new ones because I don’t want to just have 3. That stuff happens, but don’t try to hide it, thinking I won’t see it.

Friendly service, very polite and informative on the service. Did not question my coupon and took it with ease. Explained my services and did not try to over sell me on additional products that I could not afford.

The front desk associate Alonso Ortega was excellent with his service. He was very clear with the process and what the technicians would be working on. He also provided an update on the completion of the work, and gave me a call when my vehicle was ready for pick up.

I was on business in the area and hit a curd snd blew out two large truck tires. I called your store and the had the tires delivered by the time the tow truck arrived. Got them changed and reilligned the front end. Had me on the road quick. SUPER GREATFULL FOR THERE SERVICE 100% Great store
