Was left to look round the shop till we were ready to buy what we needed in peace

I had chosen an item on line and phoned the Kittybrewster store to see if it was available to see in store. Doug the assistant was very helpful with information over the phone, including the fact that the sofa we were looking at was in their store and in a colour which was cheaper than the one we were looking at on line. We arranged to come to the store the next day where he had made the staff aware that we were arriving and we were made to feel very welcome. We had a successful sale and was very happy with the result. I would definitely go back again.

The personality of the sales agent - Morag - what I dislike about situations like these, is that the sales person can come over very pushy but she gave us space to discuss.

Service was fast.Staff knowledgeable. Was shown most expensive mattress first. Staff did not pressurise us when making decision.Overall a good Experiance.

I shopped at the Aberdeen store. Ishbel looked after me throughout and was extremely knowledgeable and really helpful. She was patient and understanding. I had many questions and she answered them all. I was very happy with the experience and will definitely go there again.

Morag was super helpful. She immediately directed us towards the Mattress Finder and explained everything clearly. She was really friendly and patient in helping us choose a mattress that was really comfy and worked with our budget.
