From the minute I walked in to Aberdeen store Dreams, I was met with staff member Chris. He couldn’t have been nicer if he tried! Nothing was a bother, I never felt rushed or pushed into buying anything I didn’t want. His customer service skills were amazing! I would def choose dreams again and would recommend to family and friends

Ishbel listened to what we wanted, let us look around, explained the hygiene measures and we left with a quote. This was followed up with a friendly phone call and I did not feel under pressure to make the sale. I could have gone online to buy the bed and mattress but I completed the order over the phone when I was ready. Great service and I have already recommended this store to someone else. I haven’t received my items yet, but I have every confidence in the after sales service too.

THE YOUNG MAN WHO ATTENDED ME (CONNOR) WAS VERY POLITE AND FRIENDLY. HE TOOK ON BOARD MY REQUIREMENTS AND SHOWED ME SEVERAL ITEMS TO CHOOSE FROM.

Have not been to Dreams before.Staff were excellent.Helped me find the mattress I needed.Did the mattress test then was able to get what I needed and the price I could afford.Looking forward to get my mattress delivered and for a goodnight’s sleep. I will be back for the bed frame when I save up for it.Thank you.

The store was very well presented with a large variety on offer. Our sales advisor listened to our wants and needs and made good recommendations. He had very good product knowledge, explained the benefits and advantages very well but without any pressure.

The level of service we received from Ishbel was nothing short of outstanding. She approached us to ask how she could help, and her friendly, courteous manner and excellent product knowledge made our visit to the store a really positive experience. We came away feeling satisfied that our purchase was exactly what we were looking for.

The interactive test that recommends the perfect mattress was a really fun break in the middle of the stress of shopping for a new house.
