The Dreams Rep (Steve) was very helpful without being annoying unlike many sales people. We found what we were looking for with the right level of help from Steve.

We met Morag when we first walked in, she was friendly, helpful, informative and patient. Allowed us to try the sleep test machine. She was very thorough with the cleaning of the mattresses. Most importantly, she listened to our needs and when we suggested how we're both quite warm at nights, she suggested we try the antigel mattress which wasn't on the list from our test but we really liked it and so decided to buy it. Without her suggestion we would have never known there was a mattress to help with that.

We got the type of bed and mattress we required and staff were knowledgeable and quick to help.

From the moment we entered the Kitty Brewster Aberdeen store. We were greeted by a friendly employee, Morag. Hand sanitisation stations were plentiful and the service was second to none. Straight away we were politely asked the reason for our visit and expertly guided through our mission for the perfect mattress. The mattress assessment machine was both effect and fun to use which made the seemingly mundane experience of mattress shopping not only fun and exciting but efficient as it allowed Morag to precisely direct us to a mattress suitable to our specifications and price. Overall the it was an enjoyable trip made better by how painless and quick it all was. Fair to see we will be back for pillows.

Big range, good price, friendly staff

There was a good choice of the item we were looking for (A Headboard) the assistant was very helpful, we felt we were in a safe environment and had no worries about Covid while we were in the Store.

Morag was super friendly and approachable and was great at recommending our first mattress for our new house. She was very accommodating, offered us water several times and apologised for being a member of staff down.

The staff were very accommodating, taking time to explain without being the slightest bit pushy. I dealt with two different members of staff on the two occasions I visited the shop. They were so friendly and relaxed with me and seeing me walking with a stick were helpful when I wanted to sit down. My 90 year old mum was with me and she felt the same as I did. Given my current back problems everything was accessible for me to view in store. As for the cleanliness of the store a female greeted me at the store with a sanitising bottle in her hand which spoke volumes for me All in all I was very happy with my purchase and the cheeriness of the staff even those who were not serving me I got the impression that this was a happy environment with equally happy staff it was infectious.
