Morag the assistant was very helpful and talked us through the whole process of checking mattresses. Made the whole visit easier on us both.

The lady was called moral she was really helpful from the start to the end cleaning down everything she put me at ease so I felt happy to shop in your shop

The sales woman Ishbel was very friendly and welcoming when I entered the store. She listened to what I was looking for and showed me a selection of mattresses that would suit what I was looking for.

My overall experience at your Dreams store in Aberdeen was great. Chris was really helpfull and friendly. The systems went down on the day we went in so could not complete my purchase. We returned a few days later and Chris recognised us straight away and remembered the product we had looked at the few days before. First class service!! 😊
