My partner and I attended Dreams searching for a new mattress. We were instantly met at the door, were greeted and made to feel very welcome. The staff were very friendly and got us exactly what we needed.

Morag was kind, welcoming and made it very easy for myself to shop. She offered me water tea and coffee, a clean pillow and when i was struggling to decide on my product she was patient and made me feel very relaxed using humour and open body language. I returned with my father a few days later, sadly i had missed the offer of the mattress i was interested in however again Morag was very helpful and was able to find me the perfect the mattress. I also enjoyed using the machine that helps you find your ideal mattress.
