The Sales Person was very professional, friendly, polite and efficient.

From the time we entered the store my wife and i were met by Doug the store manager who was very courteous explained health and safety issues and asked what our requirements were. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining information. All processes were dealt with very professionally and i would have no hesitation in recommending Dreams to friends and family.

Covid-19 rules were in place for both colleges and customer. The level of assistance and product knowledge was excellent. Was not presurised in any way and was treated in a friendly but professional manner

From the time we went in to the time we left Steven was very helpful. We wanted to try the sleepmatch bed which he allowed us to do. He then took us to the mattresses that came up on that as suitable for us. He let us try them out. We knew what beds we wanted before we went to the shop. But he showed us them to just to make sure it was still what we wanted. We also wanted matching bedside cabinets. There was 3 for 2 on bedroom furniture so we got 3 cabinets for the price of 2 which was good. There was also a deal mattress we got. There was £100 of the mattress and it also included 2 pillows which would have been £100 each but we got them for free. We also got a free mattress protector. He was very helpful and informative. Would highly recommend Steven and Dreams as a whole.

My partner and I have recently bought our first home and as a first big purchase, we were quite nervous about buying a mattress but Morag was very kind and helpful which made the whole process a joy. 10/10
