Really helpful member of staff and also availability of mattress.Really easy process.

The assistant Morag was very helpful she went above and beyond. I had so many different questions and she was so helpfully and took me around the shop to help me find the right items I needed for my son and to find the correct mattress for him took him to dream machine which shows best one for his sleeping pattern even took him round the different ones till he found best one for him. Having this during my visit helped a lot and made it easier to purchase what I needed will definitely recommend this store to family and friends

The salesman was very helpful, guiding us through our choice but never being pushy. I can't fully comment on the product since we haven't got it yet but all the mattresses we tried seemed high quality.

Chris at the KittyBrewster store in Aberdeen, was very helpful, set us up on the sleep match then sorted us pillows and showed us through some of the mattresses. He gave us the space to go and explore the rest of the shop but was always on hand if we had any questions. Delivery of mattress and bed in a week, looking forward to our items arriving. Moray at the Aberdeen branch was welcoming and helpful without being pushy, she left me to look on my own and appeared when I needed her most! Friendly and knowledgable.

Well actually we went in to look at a mattress and I was ready to leave as I could not see anything in a good price range, the sales person said we have this one on sale and turned out to be a medium firm and a great price so perfect. Then I asked if any wooden bed frames as i could not see any so he said follow me upstairs and saw a perfect one so we bought TWO and couple of cool matching side tables, so we ended up with a mattress, two bed frames and two side tables for £900 which was a very good price so who couldn't be highly satisfied we are close to 70 and the purchase was on budget very pleased to tell everyone about our purchase and we show them the on line pictures, just to show off a little.
