I was greeted by Doug as soon as I entered the building. Straight away he asked if I knew what I was looking for and suggested the machine that tells you what will work best. Doug spent a lot of time with me letting me try the different mattresses that were recommended and had a lot of patience, I didn't feel rushed at all. He put no pressure on me to pick a specific mattress and let me choose myself, when I did he made the ordering process very easy. Throughout both Doug and the other member of staff I saw in store were very friendly and helpful and always following social distancing guidelines and good hygiene. The entire experience was stress free and comfortable.

The assistant who helped me chose my purchased item was very helpful and knowledgeable about what I was looking for within my budget. He was very polite and friendly and made me feel completely comfortable during my visit.

Very nice person to deal with and could give us good advice and spent time with us and made us feel very welcome.

Overall I was highly satisfied with the whole shopping experience in store and felt safe considering we are just out of lockdown .The salesperson that attended to me had excellent customer service and very informative answering my questions .Would highly recommend Dreams for beds .

I was highly satisfied because I got help when needed and left to browse when I wanted to. Mirage knowledge was very good and she couldn't have been more helpful. I got a bottle of water which was most appreciated and got on the bed that tells you what sort of mattress is best for you. Morag not mirage.

Was nervous about going shopping due to not leaving the house for over four months, but needed a new mattress and didn’t want to purchase it online. Excellent safety procedures at the entrance and throughout the visit. Doug provided an excellent level of service, striking the right balance of being helpful, without feeling as if he was being pushy.
