We were greeted by hand sanitiser on entry which was extremely reassuring. The store assistants were all wearing masks and used sanitiser spray before and after we tested the beds. The assistants were all very helpful, friendly and not at all pushy! Morag in the Aberdeen store was brilliant; very approachable and knowledgable which made making our purchase easy and stress-free

Friendly staff reasonable delivery time

Throughout the process the staff were knowledgeable and everything was dealt with smoothly.

We were realy happy with the service given, we were left to browse at our own leisure and were given excellent prompt friendly service when we asked for it.

We were looked after very well by the assistant and were able to make our minds up quickly as to what we wanted to purchase. Thankyou.

Assistant was very friendly and helpful and she cleaned the surfaces and fabrics after we had touched them. Was disappointed that we were directed to the most expensive mattress first when we ask for mud range.

I think overall experience was good, but I found that you need to do some home study to realise what you need for yourself as per your budget as there is a mattress starting from £2000 to as low as £300
