I thought I signed up regular massage and deep massage but it was very light Could have been better advertised. Should have stayed on spots that had knots instead of moving to other places I did not mention had a problem

My facial experience with Jennifer was awesome!!!!! When I made my reservation was told gift card was fine. Upon checking out and after sales pitch was given, was told it could not be excepted. Had to pay for service. Should have been told upon arrival that the gift card was not good at this location, since was told with reservation it was fine. Also, person that gave me gift card was not told at the Raleigh location it was only good there.

Was hoping for just a little more pressure in my deep tissue massage but it was really great overall. Just not perfect, but I’m ok with that. Might try a different massage therapist next time.

My facial specialist was knowledgeable. She was kind. She made me feel very relaxed!

I really liked my last esthetician. I am still getting used to the new one. She is super friendly and gives a wonderful neck massage.

Come to home. Good therapist. Price is ok

I felt a passive aggressive judgment of my skin routine and knowledge from the provider and an underlying sales pitch in everything she said to me.

Loved the lady that worked on me, just need more massage, products out and ready to go, don't stop working on facial unless switching product

The visit was great and I felt so relaxed but once I was done, I felt kinda bombarded with more ways to spend money with a deadline of right now to decide if I wanted it. Also, being asked for tip amount out loud at the front desk while trying to figure out percentages felt forced and rushed. I would of rather had a bill handed to me and then me decide on tip amount, because of the being put on the spot feeling I overtipped on accident and then left annoyed instead of leaving relaxed as I was when I left my last service.

My experience was fine at this site. However, I struggle to find availability at the site closest to my home. The Southern Pines location. The last appt I had scheduled with them was cancelled by THEM last minute. This is not the first time this has happened. I just want to use up some of my visits so I can cancel my membership!
