The front desk crew always seem to change, and no one knows you. Feel a sense if confusion....

I found my massage with Jack to be nearly uncomfortable as he din't seem confident while giving a massage. I felt that He didn't really listen to some input such as requesting more pressure and where I wanted to the most emphasis put. It seems that he spent most of the time working on my feet when I would have preferred them not worked on at all and had requested focus to be put on spine and neck.

This was my first experience. I don't get massages on a regular basis. It was a gift certificate. It was fine, but I feel like it might have been better if I had a more expensive treatment.

I did ask my therapist to concentrate on my back but still wanted a full body. The entire massage was of my arms, shoulder and upper back.

Upon check in, the first receptionist was extremely nice and welcoming. She was new to the position from her questions. The experienced receptionist was a bit rude to her and seemed bothered by her questions. She was standoffish. I thought the new employee was wonderful. My facial was great. I love that Rebekah pays very close attention to my sensitivities and respects the needs I have.

The facial I had was amazing. The massage was not up to par with others I’ve had at this location. Therapist used something g resembling accupressure as opposed to other techniques.

I do not feel that my full hour was utilized well. I booked a hour massage from 10-11am. I was called back 5 minutes after 10:00. We then spent 10-15 min reviewing the room, offering add ons, and changing. I was then finished, changed, and out of the room before 11. Most places I go to a lot more time for changing and offering services. The actual massage was much shorter than the hour that I booked for.

The facial tech was wonderful. She did a great job. Massage tech Jack had a great personality but the massage was not good. Jack fell asleep while in the middle of the massage. He kept slowing down on the massage and stopping. So I opened my eyes and he was sleeping. Eyes closed and down sleep. I couldn’t enjoy the massage because I had to keep checking to see if he was still awake.

It was okay. I prefer a dark and quiet waiting area before my massage. I could hear loud talking in the hallway during my massage.

As I said previously, I am no longer able to pay every other month and the price went from $55 to $70!
