Trying deep tissue massage on next visit.

I was charged more than I expected. And it is always difficult to figure that out with a waiting room full of people to check in. The check in and check out process is always unpleasant.

The esthetician did not inform me that the TNS serum for my Diamond Glow Facial would be an additional $29. So when I checked out, I was surprised that my total cost was more than anticipated.

Therapist gave me a good massage! But she was not very friendly. Check in felt rushed, sat for 15 mins, others offered warm neck wraps, I would’ve loved one but not offered. Check out girl was fabulous! ( ?Anna)

Membership price increase

Some services are a little pricey. Every time i come in there is an up charge so the facial always ends up being way more than the monthly cost.

Sometimes I have problems getting the massage therapist I want. I would have to make appointment several weeks out. Some massage therapists also seem to shortchange appoints. Rather than the massage taking 50 min and the dressing time taking 10 min, they would often take an extra 5 min away from massage time by stopping too early. This had improved over my last few appointments.

The receptionist did a wonderful job of making sure we got services. However, my esthetician, upon comparing notes with the others I went with, did not provide the same level of service that my colleagues received. There was no neck massage, recommendation of products...and for approximately 20 minutes nothing was actually done to my face. The service simply felt incomplete, particularly after listening in to what my friends received (even after I upgraded the facial).

All aspects of the visit were as anticipated. I was comfortable and relaxed which is what I would expect from your offerings.

I didn’t like there was not a place to relax while waiting for your appointment… most spas allow you to put on a robe and drink mimosas! This place had nasty raspberry water and you had to wait in the lobby
