Although it was very relaxing I feel like I still have a nagging kink still in my upper back area. Just believe it’s not a one session fix.

Overall the experience was good. If I had to offer one bit of constructive criticism though it would be to ask multiple times throughout the massage about the level of pressure wanted. I said something at the beginning about wanting it more firm, then it was still not firm enough but didn't want to keep saying something. It would have been nice to have been asked if the pressure was adequate.

I am very happy with the therapists. The waiting room in Matthews could be more relaxing. It is very difficult to get an appointment.

Misunderstanding of cost of add on. Not sure why payment was questioned. Was told computer error.

Transferring credits from one H&S to another took 3 phone calls. Appointment started 30 min late.

The massage was wonderful. Therapist was really nice. I feel bad saying this but she was just a little overly chatty which made it really hard to fully relax. When I am getting a massage that’s my time to relax and not think, so it’s not really a great time for small talk. Super nice but it’s just not the time/place for conversation in my opinion :(

On thé online form I indicated that I wanted a mask to be worn by my masseuse but he did not wear one, though another masseuse offered another customer the option. He talked more than I would prefer. And I asked for focus on back/shoulders but didn’t feel they got much attention.

Being a first timer, with a gift which I asked the receptionist how much was on it. She did not explain the use of the card even though she saw that it was my first time. The amount was $117.95, I thought I was going to be charged $69.95, but that wasn't the case. I could have used it the remainder on something. The receptionist made my experience bad and not want to come back. The use of gift cards need to be explained better.

This is the second time that I found the massage table wasn't as hot as I would have liked it to be. My massage person gave me a blanket this time but the previous time I just thought that it was that particular table. Since this is the second room it seems that that is how all tables might be. I appreciate you wanting my input. Michelle was very pleasant , the pressure was great, thanks again.
