I always have a good experience. My massage was awesome. It was relaxing. My facial was nice but I prefer not to talk during my facials.

I was asked if I preferred my therapist to wear a mask. I said yes and she did not wear one. Also my therapist smelled of cigarettes so it was difficult to relax and I did not want to be rude about it with her, so I did not any anything.

I had requested Kenneth as my massage therapist and actually rescheduled my appointment to a day that I was told he was available. When I went in they said I was assigned to Kendra, who I had never seen before. She was great! But I wish I had not been called to reschedule my original appointment day if I wasn’t going to get the massage therapist requested

I thought I signed up for a swedish massage. I wish the massage therapist would have reviewed the massage she was doing before we got started. I was in pain for 3 days having to use ice, hear, turmeric, and Advil.

Massage was supposed to be a 90 minute and therapist ended session in 50 never completed whole massage d/t her thinking she was running out of time!

I felt the same process was just repeated over and over and only one half my face was treated with blackhead removal.

I do not enjoy a sales pitch throughout the entire visit or session. It’s uncomfortable and not relaxing. I also feel that a European massage should be a standard routine/session but instead, you get half of your body massages and suggested to come back for more sessions.

Facial experience was not up to par or like the others I've had.
