The therapist worked at a higher speed than I care for. Her pace when massaging my back and shoulders was too fast, a bit rough and not soothing. She did a good job releasing the tension in my body but it was not the calming experience I am used to with other therapists there who have worked on me

Why ask a customer what area to focus on before the appointment if Hand and stone doesn’t even allow a glute massage. That’s the area most effected by my weight training. I feel like I manipulated I’m disappointed the company should let customers know this rule

My masseuse Bijon was very good. My stress points were addressed & the masseuse was quiet which allowed me to relax. The facility was clean and implemented Covid protocols.

I don't get facials very often and when I do, I just want to relax and be pampered. Therefore, it makes me uncomfortable when employees try to up-sell me on services and products. It is added stress that I don't need.

My appointment had to be rescheduled. It wasn’t anyones fault but it’s still an inconvenience.

am not happy with the number of emails I receive from you. Overkill. Back off on them please.

Pressure requested not received. Trouble spots I told therapist about were massaged the same as the rest of the body. A stranger used part of my gift card unknowingly, although I have the gift card in hand. I don’t know how they got my card number. I think the facility should have given me the entire gift card amount ($79.95). It’s not like they were going to lose a fortune ($39.95). I had to pay the difference out of my pocket. I was the recipient of the gift card; I didn’t do anything wrong. What happened to customer service?

I’ve noticed a trend of estheticians trying to up-sell during the actual facial. It’s happened every time and it’s difficult to say no to. It’s not the best feeling to be upsold while trying to relax. LED light treatments are vastly overpriced and they make you feel like you have to say yes to it.

I wouldn't recommend because I have been there just once. Online reviews are poor for this location. I can't base an opinion on this one visit, even though my massage was pleasant. There is an "unwelcoming" energy about this place. I can't quite put my finger on. I will likely only return because I have a GC balance to spend.
