My appointment did not start on time. I had a 5pm appointment and showed up by 4:55. I was not taken back to the room until 5:06pm. Also I will not make an appointment at 5pm on a Sunday again. Felt like I was being rushed out. My sister went in before me and came out after me and we had the same appointment time.

Conservative with areas massaged: sides, head, chest, quads, glutes were skipped. Therapist communication before massage was very formal and almost tense.

It seemed somewhat rushed and did not ask me for pressure

No reason, just a feeling.

I just feel like I'm always being upsold for more services.

The hot stones were too hot at times. Massage didn’t include areas that typically had been addressed, such as hands.

Massage movements were too fast.

My app was running about 15 minutes late. She insured I got my full-time but that was a teeny bit frustrating. Due to the holiday schedule there weren’t a lot of available appointments either.

I simply don't feel the need for massages that often. I will come back as needed.
