The toilet did not flush.

I simply need more time to determine the level of pain relief from my services since my service was so recent..

I requested massage with medium pressure in shoulder area, neck and scalp. The therapist spent too much of my massage time stretching torso, arms, legs. Felt like my request was not honored. I only wanted massage.

I should have requested more pressure! I like deep messages although the reflexology has been helpful. I was relaxed and therapist is good

It’s hard as Tim is a great therapist. However we did about 20 minutes of stretching which I believe was helpful. However during stretching, he pressed very deeply, unexpectedly in 3 places on each thigh, I actually cried out on one side, then tried to be tough on the other. I have thumb sized bruises on each inner thigh. Tim is very knowledgeable and worked on my lower arms, saying they connect to my shoulders and back. He pressed so deeply, I was breathing like I was having contractions. I asked for a little more gentle but it didn’t really get less pressure. I was dumb and thought it would be good for me in the end, but my lowers area have bruises and the pain in deep in my muscles. I really should have been more vocal but it was really was my fault. It really was and is the most painful and not relaxing massage I’ve ever had.

I was highly satisfied with everything except the technique the massage therapist used.

The pressure was very hard and my back is very sore however is my fault because I did not say anything to her during the massage.

The entire spa was very cold and I was not prepared for that. While in the room, the table was warm but the ambient air temp was very chilly. I definitely needed to bring a sweater to wear. I could not imagine having a massage at that temp.

I had to engage the masseuse in conversation initially. Was friendly but had flat energy. The product use was way too greasy or too much was used. Even thou a wet warm towel was offered afterward to remove the oil I felt I needed a shower immediately. Online I requested my arms & hands not be massage but they were anyway so apparently no one read it.

Steam on face was a bit much. The foot treatment is to expensive for what you get. Not massage enough. otherwise good.
