Hand and Stone

I felt like the therapist was a little nervous and was maybe new, which is fine and did not make a terrible difference it just seemed that they were not as comfortable as other therapists I have had. The pressure was a little bit heavy but I asked for more pressure, it was just a little more than I expected - but all of my issues were addressed.

I enjoyed my massage and the facial that I had.

The therapist was fine. She just did some things I was not used to. I hope my usual therapist will be there for my next visit.

Therapist talked excessively during my 80min visit.

I believe based on other massages I have received from professionals this one was a bit lack. however, over all not to bad.

There was a bit of a struggle for me to find and appointment. I have recently moved to New Bern, NC and sadly I don’t have a hand and stone. I needed the appointment to be able to use my credits while I was still in town and there was almost nothing available in Charlotte, NC and no location for New Bern. It was inconvenient

I am a receptionist myself and I know when it gets close to your time to leave, you are ready to go. I strongly believe no matter if it is 10 minutes before your time to leave, you should treat people with the same performance as you have had all day.

I used different products for this visit and I'm not sure if they made my skin feel better.

iliked the atmosphere and the staff.and the way they greeted you when yoy walked in. and the ease of booking online was great and the comfort of the waiting room

Had to fill out intake documents for 2nd time. Always a surprise with cost at check out. Very hard time making 2nd appointment with desired therapist.
