It took my daughter and I since April to get a massage appointment together and that is only because you all over sell the memberships. They always want us to do facials but we didn’t buy to do the facials. They offer Monday and Tuesday but we work those days too! Are-

Waiting for the therapist was not a calming/relaxing experience. The waiting area was noisy and very busy. All of the receptionist were busy trying to sell the membership to the customers checking out and there wasn’t anyone available to get me to my appointment on time. My therapist was great and that is the only reason I will come back. He was very thorough and knowledgeable.

Your staff is very friendly and welcoming. Your facility is very clean and well maintained. Your specials that are available are a great bonus.

Massage therapist mood/personality was kind of stand offish, bordering on rude. She softened up towards the end. Seemed like she would rather not be there.

It hard with my work schedule to get a convenient time. Therapist that offer deep tissue are hard to get on their schedule.

They make it very inconvenient to cancel memberships, also they make you use any unused massages within 60 days of cancellation, and they still draft your account for the next month after you inform them you want to cancel.

The facial was luxurious, but I felt the entire facial was an upsell for another treatment. I did upgrade and receive the microdermabrasion, but was disappointed that I left with unaddressed issues. There were no extractions done. Im still left with congestion on cheeks and nose. After spending almost $170 w/ gratuity I would have expected to have my blackheads extracted.....disappointed.

Everything was great. Had no issues. Loved every minute, but it was not worth $100.00 for me.
