Overall, I was satisfied with my service. I signed up for a Deep Tissue massage and I don't think the pressure was that of a deep tissue massage. I did feel relaxed and it felt good, but a day later, I was still having headaches. Next time I will be more clear on the areas that are causing me pain and ask the massage therapist to use a lot of pressure when they are massaging me.

My husband booked our couples massage for our 10 year anni. We thought we’d get the introductory rate but at checkout was told it was costing us $80 extra total because we used the couples room. $80 to use the couples room? So instead of $59 each we paid $110 each. My husband got an add on so his was more. It’s ridiculous to charge an additional $40 each just to use a couples room. It costs the business no more $ to use that room. At the very least, my husband should have been told this at the time he made the appt. He was not told.

This was my first facial. She explained what she was doing, but I feel like she could have explained in more detail. My eyes were very sensitive for a day and a half after the facial.

I was happy with my visit. The esthetician was not extremely friendly at first but she warmed up at end

Mr. Pete was very personable and knowledgeable and I enjoyed talking with him.

My face felt a little dry when I got home so I wasn’t sure exactly sure if it was just a weird day or something was off, but I loved my facial, and the session was amazing!

It was nothing she did I forgot I can not get a firm massage around neck area it gives me a headache

My view of highly satisfied is hard to get to. I usually reply with Satisfied on reviews. There was nothing that anyone did or didn’t do.

I was told I was getting the introductory rate for the facial which was 59, and when I went to check out it was 100 dollars. I didn’t ask why it was so much because I don’t like confrontation so I just paid it but was never told I picked any upgrades. Wish that was told to me upfront.
