My massage therapist was 15 min late. Made my appointment for 2 PM and was called to confirm a 3:30 app appointment which is probably why my therapist was late. Reception area was loud since the receptionist had a friend in the waiting area and we’re talking loudly

I treated my daughter to a facial. I had a really good experience but my daughter was freaked out. My daughter did not have the same experience. She was not advised of the attention button for one thing. She felt little jolts during something that was being done to her face during the facial. She felt like there was not enough gel on her face and the current was going directly to her skin. A bright light that pulsated was used and Abby finally told the girl to stop. The next day where the girl used the light is reddened and looks like a sunburn on her eyelid and under her eye. This was the only side that the light was used on. Wasn't quite sure what service I was getting. I should have asked or maybe someone should have discussed my options. Might have opted for a deep or hot stone session

I feel for the price I should have received the full 50 minutes..started at 11;32..ended at 12:10..maybe petty but I should have just done a 30 Minute..I guess..massage should last for a full 50

There is no issue on Hand and Stone's Part. I just have really sensitive skin and would probably skip extractions in the future.

My massage therapist was great at targeting my specific area of pain. I was leaving pain free. She also made me feel extremely comfortable!!

There was a small hiccup in filling out the intake forms, they did not upload properly. As a result I feel that cut into some of our time. Also the upsell if the dermal was a great suggestion but I don’t feel like I got the results I expected for a $90 additional cost.

The massage therapist was just ok. She didn’t seem to want to be there.

they had availability last minute. Some times I just don't enough far in advance to plan. This was just what i needed.

I prefer a more realizing environment during my massages. Everything sort of felt rushed but I knew it would be that way so I’m not complaining. I’m happy that you guys were available to get me in last minute.
