The therapist was nice bit lacking in comparison to my previous experiences with other therapists

Over charge. Had to get reimbursed.

I felt like my massage therapist was annoyed when asking her questions and prior to starting my appt she seemed irritated

Massage therapists in general needs to work on consistency when massaging certain areas in terms of the techniques used and the amount of time spent on certain areas of the body. Massages need to be thorough and consistent.

The actual massage only lasted about 45 minutes. Maybe 50 minutes. Typically the massage as I have had elsewhere have always been 60 minutes, for the same amount of money. The massage itself was fabulous!!!

The receptionist tried to charge me over $100 not realizing i was a member. When i told her i was a member she said then that will be 2 packages
