The overall experience was wonderful. The therapist was exceptional and very knowledgeable. The only issue was that I originally booked in Monroe, NC but was called back later and told the appointment would have to be rescheduled because no massage therapist was working on Dec 26. I changed my appointments to the Matthews location and it was a great experience.

Erika always goes over options with me. She is 100% thorough with facials. They are so relaxing and .makes my skin firm. Erika's the best.

Esthetician seemed knowledgeable and did a good job of explaining what she was doing.

Summer is the best. It is because of her that I go there. She always listens to me.

I love getting massages. It is a great stress relief for my busy job as a 5th grade Instructional Assistant. Thanks Hand & Stone!

Everyone at this location is kind and friendly. The greatest part of the experience is Summer, the massage therapist. Summer is an excellent therapist and helps my pain lessen.

I continuously have been going to Jessica as my massage therapist and she has been excellent. She's a great conversationalist as well, filling our time with meaningful discussion and I feel as though I'm friends with her. She's been great about pin pointing my problem muscles and has great recommendations about how to manage them.

The reception team was professional and courteous. Tym is kind and does a great job! I will continue to have him give me a massage.
