My best friend has a gift card for a massage. She saw Adrienne in Matthews and RAVED about her. Even though that location is over an hour away, I made an appointment weeks out with her. Adrienne was the absolute BEST therapist I have seen at Hand and Stone in YEARS! She is absolutely amazing! She made me feel seen, heard, and affirmed! I immediately booked my fiancé for an appointment with her the next month. She is a gem! We had canceled our years long monthly membership but now, we will be renewing because of Adrienne! Thank you! The therapist was very cordial and made me comfortable in every way. Racheal explained what she was going to do and she considered my comfort in every way. When I return, i want her as my therapist. I will highly recommend Racheal when the need becomes available.

I was skeptical if a facial would be relaxing, or worth my time in terms of seeing a difference in the appearance of my skin. It turned out to be both beneficial for my skin and very relaxing overall.

Reception staff wonderful. Massage is more hit and miss depending on the therapist. I have had to rebook twice because a massage therapist left the business.

Positives: - The massage therapist was EXCELLENT and listened and focused on areas I asked for. - The reception area is very nice and welcoming. Could be improved: - When I first entered, the receptionist simply asked for my name - she didn't say hello or welcome me, so since it was my first time, it would have been nice to feel a bit more welcome vs. feeling so transactional. - I did not receive a reminder email or text, and that would have been helpful especially since it was my first visit. - I received daily emails letting me know there were open appointments before I had even had my first massage, and that was confusing. I had to check the website to make sure my appointment was confirmed since I didn't get a reminder. It made me think I didn't schedule my appointment correctly online. Suggestion: Don't add a new client to the massage appointment availability email list until after their first massage. Overall, I really enjoyed the experience and will be back again. Thank you.

The front desk is very attentive and welcoming. I like that you have the texting to reschedule or to communicate with the front desk!
