Jack was amazing. I suffer from having my back and neck in pain. It is worst when pressure is applied but Jack applied the perfect pressure that I didn’t notice any discomfort.

Very nice experience. Rachel was knowledgeable and very nice. She accommodated my disability and made sure I was comfortable.

Madsage thetapist Summer takes time to listen to me regarding my current condtion. She constantly checks with me on the pressure of the massage. Summer goes above and beyond to relieve any pain I am experiencing Nd explains what she does and how it should affects my body. She is very knowledgeable.

I chose the Diamond Facial due to the recommendation on my clinician Jennifer from a previous appointment. It was fabulous! I hope to see Jennifer again for this. Jennifer is great, personable and the best clinician I've had so far athe Matthews H&S.

I think Erika is amazing. I had one person who was terrible, but the manager agreed and upgraded my next facial with Erika. I wish Erica would have water for me when our appointment is complete. But she is so good I do not let it bother me. I love the hot neck applications while I wait. I would do so much more, but I feel it is too expensive for me. I want to focus on things that make me look younger.
